Level 1 Certificate Assistant Stable Manager

The ABRS Assistant Stable Manager is the next level above the ABRS Preliminary Horse Care & Riding Certificate Level 1 and 2 and open to candidates from 17 years which have adequate, continuous and practical experience in the management and care of a variety of horses.

This internationally recognised diploma acts as a guide to those employers who seek competent staff to work in a professional equestrian environment but who still need some supervision. Therefore it can be your first step to a career in the equestrian world.
Requirements and Information
Requirements: Age from 17 years, weight must not exceed 85 kgs
Provide a medical certificate to prove there is no impediment to practice riding
Possession of the National Sports Equestrian License for one year, throughout the time of the course
To complete the relevant application, contact us for the 2 entrance exams (theoretical and practical) and a personal interview.
Dates: October to June from Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 5:00 p.m. (including one weekend per month for internship) and two weeks internship off site to gain Tourist Guide experience
Location: Fundació La Granja, Av Corts of Aragon, s / n, 08870 Sitges (Barcelona)
Price: Registration € 200
Monthly Fees: exams costs € 250 € 200
Equipment: Helmet, dressage and jumping whip, Jodhpurs, boots and gloves
Work clothing: complete grooming kit for the horse, bandages, protective vest, headcollar and lead? handling equipment, hiking boots, compass, saddle bags
